I enjoy working with college and graduate students, international students, as well as young adults in general and new parents. I also do work with medical professionals such as physicians, nurses and medical students, residents and fellows, and directed a program for this population aimed at seeking to understand burnout.
I have the privilege of working with individuals who are living with anxiety, depression and other uncomfortable feelings that may develop because of a recent life event. I don't believe someone has to be in crisis to come to therapy, however; oftentimes, individuals I meet with are managing feelings that have been building up over time. I believe that addressing feelings and understanding where they stem from, and how to manage them, can help someone navigate life's challenges in relationships, work, school, and beyond. In my practice I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment for individuals to explore what's on their mind. I look forward to meeting you and working together to uncover not just what might be holding you back or keeping you up at night, but your strengths as well. |
